Questions about Messages

Search for a creator on the platform and open a conversation in Messages. You can also continue with creators you’ve found through Discovery. Creators reply through their Brandssynergy account.

Yes. Choose Request content and add a title, platform, content type, maximum length, deadline and a short creative brief. The request appears in the creator’s conversation.

The creator uploads a video to your content request. Review it in the conversation, then approve it or request changes with a feedback note. The creator can submit a revised draft to the same request.

Yes. Search Messages by creator or message text to return to the conversation you need. Requests, feedback and approval history stay with the thread.

Content approval requests from your conversations also appear in Manage. Filter by status to see what needs attention, then open a request to review it and continue the conversation.
